We provide a nationwide “Health Check” service for anti-ligature and standard fire doors, which removes the worry and shoulders the responsibility of meeting current fire regulations.

Our Door Health Check packages are available in, Bronze, Silver and Gold standards, providing a flexible solution for the maintenance & performance of your anti-ligature and fire doors.

Working with NHS Trusts and Private Providers, we see life-saving doors not being maintained correctly as a specialist company every day. This could be because of insufficient knowledge of the products and product that has not been installed correctly from the start.

We have developed a Door Health Check and maintenance scheme to overcome this issue to ensure you meet current legislation.

Attend the site, and survey each door on a door-by-door cost. Digitally collect all evidence using photographic and defect forms.
Provide a full report evidencing any failures and maintenance required and where required a comprehensive parts list.*
If required a comprehensive cost of materials and installation can be provided.

Silver

12/6 monthly maintenance contract, renewed every 12 months. Survey each door or ward contracted. Digitally collect all evidence using photographic and defect forms.
Provide a full report evidencing any failures, maintenance and materials required.

Provide costs from the approved contract.*

Gold

12/6 monthly maintenance contract, renewed every 12 months. Survey each door or ward contracted. Digitally collect all evidence by means of photographic and defect forms.
Provide a full report evidencing any failures, maintenance and materials required. Provide costs from approved contract. Emergency call out if required.*
